Residential Projects

Our Engineers have been responsible for undertaking the design of refurbishment and new build residential developments both national and internationally, the largest of which was the Air-Panas high-rise, low-cost apartment blocks in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which comprised of nine 18-story residential apartment blocks. At the other end of the scale, we commonly design individual structural elements for private residential developments on behalf of local builders and homeowners.
