As a tenant of The Business Village, we have been selected to take part in the new Net Zero Accelerator scheme, which is aimed at helping businesses reach net zero by 2045.
Why Barnsley set up the scheme
Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council declared a climate emergency in September 2019 and set out its aim to achieve net zero carbon within the council by 2040, and across the borough by 2045.
Taking part will help us reduce our own carbon emissions and work towards net zero. We are looking forward to getting involved with the Innovation plan.
More about the scheme. Full details of the programme are on the Barnsley BIC website. Read about the Net Zero Accelerator.
